These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Mehmet Kaş ("we", "us") governing your use of the Hop app ("the app"). By downloading or using Hop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Hop helps you break tasks into small steps and focus on one step at a time. Some features are free; some require the Hop+ subscription.
The "Smart Split" feature uses an AI model (Google Gemini) to suggest how to break your text into steps. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. It is provided for organisational convenience only and is not professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use the suggestions. Do not submit content you are not entitled to share.
You agree not to misuse the app, including: reverse-engineering except as permitted by law; interfering with its operation or security; or using it in violation of applicable laws. The app is a tool to support focus; it is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care.
The app, its design, and its content (excluding content you create) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, consistent with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the app and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end the service or your access if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Hop uygulamasını ("uygulama") kullanımını düzenleyen, seninle Mehmet Kaş ("biz") arasındaki hukuki bir sözleşmedir. Hop'u indirerek veya kullanarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.
Hop, görevlerini küçük adımlara bölmene ve her seferinde tek adıma odaklanmana yardımcı olur. Bazı özellikler ücretsizdir; bazıları Hop+ aboneliğini gerektirir.
"Akıllı Bölme" özelliği, metnini adımlara nasıl böleceğini önermek için bir yapay zekâ modeli (Google Gemini) kullanır. Yapay zekâ çıktısı yanlış, eksik veya uygunsuz olabilir. Yalnızca düzenleme kolaylığı için sunulur ve profesyonel, tıbbi, psikolojik, hukuki veya finansal tavsiye değildir. Önerileri nasıl kullandığından sen sorumlusun. Paylaşma hakkına sahip olmadığın içeriği gönderme.
Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmamayı kabul edersin; buna şunlar dâhildir: yasanın izin verdiği haller dışında tersine mühendislik; çalışmasına veya güvenliğine müdahale; veya geçerli yasaları ihlal edecek şekilde kullanım. Uygulama, odağı desteklemek için bir araçtır; tıbbi veya terapötik bakımın yerine geçmez.
Uygulama, tasarımı ve içeriği (senin oluşturduğun içerik hariç) bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve yasayla korunur. Bu Şartlara ve App Store Hizmet Koşullarına uygun olarak, uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanman için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz.
Uygulama, yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını ya da yapay zekâ önerilerinin doğru olacağını garanti etmeyiz.
Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamayı kullanmandan doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan ya da veri veya kâr kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu Şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, yasa gereği sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.
Uygulamayı ve bu Şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanıma devam etmen, güncellenmiş Şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Bu Şartları ihlal edersen hizmeti veya erişimini askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz.
Bu Şartlar, ikamet ettiğin ülkede sahip olduğun emredici tüketici korumalarına halel gelmeksizin, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
