Hop has no accounts. What exists is (1) your tasks, steps, progress and settings, stored only on your device, and (2) one anonymous server record keyed to a random device identifier, holding your subscription status and the number of Smart Splits used this month. Nothing else — no name, e-mail, phone number or task content — is stored on our side.
Settings → Delete my data. This erases everything on the device and deletes the server record immediately and permanently. It does not cancel a store subscription: manage that in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
We answer within a few business days. Deletion is irreversible.
Hop'ta hesap yoktur.
